SHIPPING

The shipping cost inc p+p is £4.85 (6x330ml per case) for UK standard delivery (3-5 working days).

Shipping for wholesale will be stipulated at time of enquiry and may vary depending on quantity and destination and is subject to tax, duties or custom charges.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We will refund your order in case of damage or fault. Please email help@bevstar.co.uk with details of your order and a photograph of any damage. 


Once we have been in contact confirming your refund, you will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

General Information

All parcels are sent out by a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours of your order being dispatched.

Please note: The expected delivery times below are provided to us by the shipping companies; occasionally parcels can be delayed. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive and use your tracking number to follow your order’s progress before contacting us. 

Returns

Returning unused and unwanted items is easy. Just contact our customer support within 7 business days of receiving your order. They will give you the appropriate address for returns. Please note that for returns to be accepted the product seal must be intact. Please allow 7 days for your refund to be processed, refund will be processed minus all shipping and handling fees. 

When you return the products to us:

You must use a courier service that requires a signature. We cannot refund you for return shipping, items that are not returned to us or are lost in the mail.

You will be refunded minus a £6 processing fee and minus the shipping costs.

To claim your refund email refund@bevstar.co.uk any claim must be submitted within 1 months of purchase.

Please be aware that the product works differently for different people. Differences in metabolism and lifestyle can affect the time required to achieve results. You may not experience immediate results.

If you fail to comply with all of the above conditions we will not be obliged to give you a refund.

 

All orders are dispatched on working days (Mon- Fri), and are sent with a next day delivery service. Bank Holidays allow an extra working day for deliverers. 

We are not held accountable for delivery times, and this is done by our delivery partner. We use Yodel or DPD depending on the address. Once an order is placed you will receive an email with tracking code.

Yes we offer shipping to the rest of EU. Please allow 3-4 working days for orders to arrive.
